“Set me as a seal upon your heart”
Sun, 25 May 25 Communities
We, the community of Atmanivas, animated an hour of prayer during the Vigil in remembrance of the inspiration received by the Venerable Mother Maria Oliva Bonaldo of the Mystical Body on May 22, 1913.
We entered the chapel in procession, each carrying a lighted lamp in hand. This lamp symbolized the light of our vocation, ignited by the love of the Lord. We placed it reverently before the altar, in a space specially prepared for this purpose.
Together, we meditated on selected passages from the Song of Songs and verses from the life of our Foundress. After each meditation, we paused in silence for personal reflection and responded through a song, allowing the Word and memory to resonate deeply in our hearts.
As a community, we journeyed back through our vocational memories, recalling and sharing the emotions we felt when we first recognized the call of God in our lives.
Recalling the words of our Mother Foundress that “a Daughter of the Church is never alone in prayer, but the whole world is before her,” we interceded for the various needs of the Church, our country, and our religious family. We gathered all our prayers and raised our hands to the Heavenly Father, singing the Our Father together.
After the concluding prayer, we sang the Domina Mea and entrusted the day into the loving hands of our Blessed Mother.
