At the beginning of the "Work," born from the Charism given to her by the Holy Spirit, the Venerable Mother Maria Oliva Bonaldo wondered if Jesus wanted to include Priests as well. She left this inspiration in the hands of the Lord, while she dedicated herself to the formation of the Daughters entrusted to her by founding a women's religious institute.
Several Priests and Bishops who were able to approach her, found inspiration and strength in her words and in her filial and maternal care.
Today, some Priests feel called to live their ministry within their diocesan Church, drawing inspiration from the Venerable's Charism, which she expresses as follows: "To know, love, and bear witness to the Church; to make her known and loved; to pray, work, and suffer for her, in imitation of Jesus, who loved the Church and sacrificed himself for her."
