Sicut novellae olivarum

"The environmental challenge we are undergoing, and its human roots, concern and affect us all… All of us can cooperate as instruments of God for the care of creation, each according to his or her own culture, experience, involvements and talents” (Pope Francis, Laudato si’, 14).

The Association would like to give a concrete response to Pope Francis’s Laudato Sì. It is based on Christian values ​​and is inspired by the principles of communion, solidarity and "integral ecology", referring to the Social Doctrine of the Church and the Charism of the Daughters of the Church.

It undertakes the commitment of conversion and ecological spirituality as an integral part of the project of evangelization (Evangelii Gaudium 74) and holiness (Gaudete et exultate, 28) insistently proposed by Pope Francis.

It encourages collaboration between lay people, priests and sisters Daughters of the Church (www.figliedellachiesa.org), in harmony with their spirituality, with the aim of enhancing the Paesetto of the Madonna (Ponte Galeria - Rome) and supporting the social projects of the Institute, present in various countries of the world.

Its objectives are:

Promote paths of personal development and Christian, cultural, ethical, spiritual and ecological growth.

Live communion and solidarity with those most in need.

Promote ecumenical commitment and collaboration, interreligious dialogue and interculturality.
