A heart open to all
The Lord is kind and merciful! (Liturgy)
With joy we celebrated the votive Mass of the Immaculate Heart of Mary. The celebrant, Fr. Ugo Quinzi, urged us to contemplate the beauty of a large and welcoming heart towards everyone as of Mary, our Mother. Commenting on the passage from Genesis in which Abraham "bargained" with God for the salvation of Sodom, he emphasized the value of Abraham's hospitality, his friendship with God and the responsibility of being righteous, that is, saints.
It was an intense and tiring but enriching day. We first worked in the study groups to deepen: The formation: a work of an artisan; and then in the assembly we took up the various proposals for discussion to arrive at the approval of the resolutions regarding the topic.
Tomorrow we will focus our attention on the theme: The service of authority.
