Formative Meeting
Our two days Formative meeting started, by welcoming all the online and offline participants by our Delegate Superior Sr. Gracy G.
“A journey of prophecy in the footsteps of Venerable Mother Maria Oliva Bonaldo and the challenges of Leadership today” was the theme that Dr. Bro. Paul Raj SG developed during his sections quoting from the Vatican documents and from the writings of the Venerable Mother Maria Oliva Bonaldo.
He emphasized to reclaim the founding Charism,
To listen to the spirit by living the word of God and the signs of the times,
To vitalize the community life,
To create new forms of apostolate,
To redefine the exercise of authority according to the Gospel,
To welcome and promote different cultures etc
Dr. Sr. Tresa GSR, our Mother General gave us few tips on “Leadership qualities” which provoked us to live our mission as a service to His Kingdom. Sr. Flomy DA also shared on the new Apostolic Letter Patris corde. Sr Mini NSPS spoke about communion in the community life emphasized that the Community life helps us to reflect and relive the Trinitarian communion. The Holy trinity is the model of our community life.
Dr. Sr. Jessy Merline SMMI, clearly explained about Stagnation and Generativity. She helped us to understand how to make midlife crisis in to midlife wholeness. The true happiness does not come from outside but it comes within oneself.
The two days online and offline Formative meeting for the Animators of the community and the sisters of middle-aged group concluded with a cultural event presented by the Foster Home children, aspirants and the junior sisters of Arunodaya.
The classes helped us to reflect our life and relive our commitment as the true Daughters of the Church. It was meaningful, inspiring and thought-provoking for our present life.
