Bolivia assumed the status of a Delegation on 3 June 1990 and currently includes 5 communities, which offer their services in different geographical areas with diverse climate, language and culture.
A small community is located in La Paz in the Andean area, at 4000 meters above sea level, where the language spoken by the people is Aymara. Two communities are in the central area of the country, at about 2000 meters above sea level, in the Department of Cochabamba, where the Quechua language prevails. Other two communities are located in the Department of Santa Cruz, in the eastern side of the country.
