Colombia-Ecuador delegation

The Colombian Delegation was officially instituted on 15 November 1989 and consists of 6 communities present in various “Departments” (Provinces), mainly in the northern centre of the country: Tunja in the Department of Boyacá, Bucaramanga in the Department of Santander; Bogotá and Engativá in Cundinamarca, Marinilla in the department of Antioquia and San Alberto in César. From 1996, the Colombian Delegation extended its presence to Ecuador in two communities: one in Portoviejo, in the Province of Manabí, near the Pacific Ocean and the other in Tumbaco near Quito, in the Province of Pichincha. Then on it is known as Colombia-Ecuador Delegation.
