"Nobody takes away hope from your heart" Pope Francis
Dear Sisters, brothers and friends,
In this time of suffering and worldwide panic we turn our hearts to the Lord, so that we will be able to rise again in faith and hope in Him who has overcome death. It is a time of "mandatory stopover" for everyone, except for those who are engaged in indispensable services, and we do not yet know how long it will last.
We will emerge luminous from this dark reality if we know how to abandon ourselves, as a human family, into the hands of the Creator, willing to build together with him a new, more beautiful and more fraternal world. May the spirit of the Risen One foster communion among us to rediscover ourselves as brothers, sisters and Children loved by the Father.
We ask the intercession of our Venerable Maria Oliva Bonaldo, Olga Gugelmo and the Servant of God Maddalena Volpato so that we may help each other to place ourselves decisively in this scene, which is nothing but the way of holiness indicated by the Risen Jesus.
My special memory is dedicated to the doctors, all the health and civilian staff, to the families who suddenly lost their loved ones and to the thousands of people who die in total solitude.
I wish renewed health and hope to all our families and to the entire humanity: HAPPY EASTER!
