Vocational communities

In the Indian Delegation, every Community is involved in promoting the vocations. With the permission of the Parish Priest and the Diocesan Director of Vocations, the Sisters do visit the families, schools and hostels to make known our charism and spirituality.

Every year during summer, we have an occasion to meet the youth who participate in the vocation camps conducted in the Dioceses where we are present. To them we briefly explain our way of life and mission with the help of video clips or power point presentations. To those who express their desire to know more in order to make a choice, we offer them the possibility of come and see programme in the community nearest to their home. During this initial stage, they are helped to discover the richness of our Christian and religious vocation in order to discern the will of God in their life. The catechism classes are conducted on every Sunday in the parishes during which the Sisters who teach them have an opportunity to get to know the attitude of the girls and accompany them during the year.
